She is also required to pay over 100,000 hryvnias for forced absenteeism and 20,000 hryvnias for moral damages. The woman won the court for the second time. This is stated in the case in the Unified Register of Court Decisions. In 2017, the head of a kindergarten fired a woman for, in her opinion, immoral photos in a swimsuit on vacation with her husband, which she posted on social networks. On March 6, the Radyvyliv District Court found the dismissal of the teacher wrong, and called the woman herself dismissed during the liquidation of the institution.
