Blogger Jumaboy was sent to pre-trial detention center for speaking about Russian girls
A court in Moscow sent a native of Tajikistan, Salmon Rajabzoda, who appeared on social networks under the nickname Jumaboy, to pre-trial detention. Earlier, he was under house arrest, but the judges decided that the blogger could go into hiding. Rajabzoda is accused of inciting hatred or enmity on national grounds and humiliating human dignity.
According to the investigation, Radjabzoda “against the background of unfriendly relations towards a group of persons of Russian nationality” filmed and posted on the Internet a video with signs of “humiliation of the human dignity of girls of Slavic appearance.”
We are probably talking about a video that spread on social networks in December 2023. In it, Jumaboy allegedly says “soon all Russian girls will be ours” and tells “how he got high with Natashka”.
Rajabzoda himself claims that his voice is not heard in the video and that in his activities he did not wish harm on anyone and did not call for national discord.
According to the article, which is imputed to him, he faces a fine from 300 to 600 thousand rubles or from three to six years of imprisonment.
