Buyers complain about “Lenta” because of its yellow-blue coloring

The chain of hypermarkets “Lenta” constantly receives complaints about its yellow-blue coloring. Buyers even wrote to the administration of the President of Russia. A network representative told about this at a meeting with city officials, writes “Fontanka”.

“For more than a year, we have been living in a situation where every day we receive angry calls from customers, including through the presidential administration, to repaint our stores. We have yellow and blue stores, that’s how it happened historically,” said the Lenta representative.

The network’s press service did not respond to Fontanka’s question about a possible color change due to mourning.

The meeting with officials was devoted to campaigning in favor of contract service. “Lenta” refused to place appropriate banners on the facades of its hypermarkets. According to the representative of “Lenta”, if they are placed, the network “risks its reputation” – buyers will not come there and will boycott it.

Representatives of other retail chains also participated in the meeting. There is no information about their opinion regarding the external agitation about military service.
