From October 1, online auctions for the lease of state land will start: what are the conditions
From October 1, the first online auctions within the framework of the “Land Bank” project, which open up the possibility of renting state lands, will start.

The number of announced auctions for the lease of state lands is constantly increasing. Currently, 65 public land lease auctions have been announced, covering 9 regions of Ukraine. The largest number of land plots is concentrated in the Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia and Cherkasy regions.
Farmers and agricultural companies have the opportunity to choose land from more than 4,000 hectares. Land plots from small farms of 2 hectares to large tracts of 262 hectares are presented at the auctions. Starting rental price – from 9 thousand hryvnias to 1.14 million hryvnias.
However, the highest bid, which will be determined during the online auction, will win.
