Ukrainian judokas won 5 medals at the “Upper Austria Grand Prix 2023” tournament in Linz. He writes about this with reference to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

Ukraine won five medals – two silver and three bronze – at the “Upper Austria Grand Prix 2023” tournament in Linz.

Elizaveta Lytvynenko won the bronze award in the weight category up to 78 kg on the final day. Thus, the 19-year-old judoka from Dnipro defeated Mizuki Sugimura from Japan in the bronze final with a “golden score”.

It is noted that Elizaveta Lytvynenko won her second medal in the IJF Grand Prix series.

Ukrainian judokas won three medals on the first competition day of the Grand Prix Upper Austria 2023 tournament in Linz. So, in the weight category up to 60 kg, two Ukrainian athletes rose to the podium at once: Dylshot Khalmatov became the silver medalist, and Artem Lesyuk won the “bronze”.

Ukrainian judoka Mykhailo Svydrak also won the “silver” of the tournament.
