On the All-Ukrainian Library Day, which is celebrated annually on September 30, Kremin called on all those willing to join the restoration of library funds and support the project “The Free Read in Ukrainian”, which provides a collection of Ukrainian-language books in Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
