The Numbeo portal has published a ranking of countries with the level of average monthly salary after deduction of taxes. There are 102 states in the list. The top three are Switzerland, Luxembourg and Singapore. In the last places are Nigeria, Pakistan and Egypt.

Where and how much they earn
In Switzerland, the average monthly salary reaches 5,620 euros, in Luxembourg – 4,463, and in Singapore – 4,420.
The USA, Iceland and Qatar, Denmark, the UAE, the Netherlands and Australia are also among the top ten countries in the world.
On the 11th place in the rating, Norway — 2,980 euros. Canada, Germany and New Zealand follow, where salaries per month of work vary from 2,790 to 2,760. Also in the second dozen are Ireland, Great Britain, Finland, Austria, Sweden and some other states.
Belgium, Israel and France start the third ten – from 2,406 to 2,289 euros. In Japan, they earn €2,204 per month, in South Korea – 2,155, in Spain – 1,775, and in Italy – 1,556.
In the Czech Republic, the average salary level is 1,470 euros, in Estonia — 1,353, in Cyprus — 1,335, in Slovenia — 1,227. Poland was lower than South Africa (1,058) — €1,052. Portugal is in the fortieth place of the rating — 1,001 .

In the last ten are the Philippines, Tunisia and Libya. In Venezuela, the monthly salary in 2023 is 166 euros, in Nigeria – 147. The last place is occupied by Egypt – €134.
