How much did Ukraine receive?
“In 2023, Ukraine has already received $18.5 billion in budget support, and we have also received assurances from partners to continue support. We are working to mobilize resources for the next hour as well,” Marchenko noted.
In the context of reconstruction, the parties discussed progress in mobilizing resources for the needs of Ukraine’s rapid recovery, existing instruments of donor support for Ukraine, and opportunities for military risk insurance.

“We encourage our international partners to join the already existing financing instruments developed together with multilateral development banks.
