In Moscow, on the morning of May 22, a building in which the military enlistment office of the Preobrazhensky District is located caught fire. This is reported by “Vechernyaya Moskva” with reference to a source in the emergency services of the city.
The building is located at Kolodezny pereulok, 14. 350 people were evacuated from it. It is reported that the fire is observed in the area of the sixth or seventh floor. The fire is extinguished by several teams of rescuers. According to RBC, the military enlistment office is located on the first to third floors. On the second floor there are offices, a cafe and a spa salon.
In the Orenburg region, the FSB administration reported the arrest of a local resident who allegedly planned to set fire to the military enlistment office in Orsk. According to the department, the detainee acted on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. He allegedly also planned to set fire to the FSB office and relay cabinets on the South Ural Railway.
The FSB claims that after a series of arsons, the detainee “planned to go over to the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces” to fight against Russia. The agency reported on the discovery of his correspondence in the Telegram messenger with representatives of the special services of Ukraine.
