In one of the schools of the Holosiiv district of Kyiv, senior students forced an 11-year-old boy to clean the school toilet with his hands, and they filmed it themselves. Law enforcement officers held a preventive conversation with the children. Their parents face a fine.
Law enforcement officers installedthat a video of children mocking a schoolboy was posted on the Internet by one of the perpetrators.
In the video, in the school restroom, schoolchildren watch with laughter as a younger student, holding a small piece of paper in his hands, cleans the toilet.
The Kyiv police reported that they managed to identify the school where the incident took place and its participants – they turned out to be three students of the 7th grade.
“Policemen, together with the administration of the educational institution, talked with students and parents. The children admitted that they had committed an unworthy act and promised to treat others with respect.”the law enforcement officers said.
In addition, the police have drawn up an administrative protocol against the parents of the older boys – they can be found guilty of failing to fulfill their duties regarding raising children (Article 184 of the Code of Criminal Procedure). Adults face a fine.
“The Kyiv police call on parents to pay more attention to raising children, so that young people have respect and do not resort to humiliating others! If someone has become a victim or a witness of such behavior, be sure to inform the teachers and the police.”– law enforcement officers add.
We will remind you that Dnipro will have three children in February 2024 knocked down tombstone cross on the grave of the Ukrainian defender. Their parents were brought to administrative responsibility.
