President Yoweri Museveni has signed the “Anti-Homosexuality” law, according to which LGBT representatives in the country face the death penalty or life imprisonment. This is stated on Twitter of the head of state. Last month, the Ugandan parliament passed a bill banning homosexuality. The law contains provisions according to which anyone who identifies himself as a representative of the LGBT community can face life imprisonment.
