On January 18, an exhibition dedicated to the memory of the deceased leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Brovary was opened at the “Golden Gate” metro station in Kyiv. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The exhibition “Interrupted Flight” presents 30 photographs of Mykola Anatskyi, whose life was also cut short that day. He took these photos on a business trip with Denys Monastyrsky in Kramatorsk, Vinnytsia, Kremenchuk, Kharkiv, Bakhmut, etc. “The exhibition of photos gives an opportunity to understand and feel what Denys Monastyrskyi and his team managed to do during the year of the war,” the message says. The father of the deceased military photographer, Leonid Anatskyi, recalled that his son was creative, loved to read a lot, had a musical ear, but what he liked most was photography, which later turned into a profession. “At the photo exhibition, we saw the son’s life from another side. This is the part of life that we did not see,” the man said. Also, during the opening of the photo exhibition, the launch of the Mykola Anatsky Award for military photographers was announced. “The goal is for talented military photographers to have additional support and, of course, to perpetuate the memory of our Mykola. He was very talented and he deserves it,” said Lesya Chervinska, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs. The exhibition will last until March 5. The photos can also be seen on metrolights at all metro stations. We will remind you that on January 18, in Brovary, Kyiv Region, a helicopter of the State Emergency Service crashed near a kindergarten.
