Last week, banks issued 2.8 billion hryvnias of available loans


Since the start of the “5-7-9% Available Loans” program, business entities have received UAH 201.45 billion in loans from authorized banks, including UAH 2.8 billion in the last week. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

“Over the past week, 606 soft loans for a total of UAH 2.8 billion have been issued within the framework of the Program, including 503 credit agreements for the sum of UAH 2.2 billion concluded by banks of the public sector of the economy,” the message says.

How many loans have already been issued?

Since the start of the State Program “Affordable Credits 5-7-9%”, business entities have received 62,598 loans from authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 201.45 billion, of which 41,517 were from banks of the public sector of the economy for a total amount of UAH 87.63 billion hryvnia

During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 27,776 loan agreements totaling UAH 111.8 billion were concluded as part of the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” (including 21,041 loan agreements totaling UAH 61 billion by public sector banks UAH), of which:

  • UAH 3.11 billion — for investment purposes,
  • UAH 7.59 billion as anti-crisis loans
  • UAH 4.28 billion — as refinancing of previously received loans
  • UAH 31.16 billion — loans for agricultural producers
  • UAH 56.48 billion — for anti-war purposes.
