The Australian developer of online games and slot machines Aristocrat Leisure Limited has announced its intention to acquire the Israeli NeoGames SA. The deal may amount to $1.2 billion, LIGA.net reports.

NeoGames has a representative office and vacancies in Kyiv. About 350 employees work in the Ukrainian team.
“The transfer of funds during the transaction will not take place in cash,” the company noted.
According to the buyer, Aristocrat will pay $29.5 per share, which corresponds to the value of the NeoGames company at approximately $1.2 billion.
The transaction price is approximately a 104% premium to the weighted average share price of NeoGames for the three months ending on May 12, 2023, the last trading day prior to the announcement of the transaction.
