The appellate case against the Ministry of Justice’s claim to VAKS for confiscation of the Ukrainian assets of Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska is being delayed: the court postponed another session, supposedly under the pretext of a cyber attack, but this cyber attack did not happen.
About Volkswagen. The German automobile concern Volkswagen Group has announced that it has completed the sale of its shares in the Russian business to a local investor.
About the Polish arbitration against Gazprom. The owner of the Polish section of the Yamal gas pipeline, EuRoPol Gaz, has filed a lawsuit against Russia’s Gazprom for a total of about 6 billion zlotys ($1.4 billion).
