Over the past hour, Ukrainians have declared 114.4 billion

According to the results of the citizens’ income declaration campaign, which ended on May 1, 2023, 169,900 declarations of property status and income were submitted. The amount of the declared income was UAH 114.4 billion, which is UAH 16.2 billion more than last year’s campaign results. This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Service.

Tax liabilities to be paid to the budget for personal income tax by citizens are determined in the amount of 2.7 billion UAH, declared tax liabilities for military service amount to 500 million UAH.
Declaration of income
Citizens who received income from which personal income tax was not paid in 2022 were required to fill out and submit the annual income tax declaration for the previous year by May 1.

According to the requirements of the Tax Code, mandatory declaration is subject to, in particular, income from leasing property, sale of own agricultural products, inheritance (except received from close relatives), sale of investment assets, income received abroad.
