Tesla presented robot taxis – and allowed guests to take a ride

Tesla CEO Elon Musk held a presentation of the Cybersab robot taxi and offered visitors a ride.

In Cybersab, which is called an elegant version of Cybertruck, there is no steering wheel, pedals and charger, the doors look like wings, and in front of the passengers there is a touch screen with a navigator and entertainment.

According to Musk, Cybersab will cost less than 30 thousand dollars, and the price of its operation will be 0.2 dollars per mile. It is expected that robot taxis will be put into production by 2027.

The Robovan van, capable of carrying up to twenty people and transporting cargo, was also shown at the presentation.

In addition, Musk brought Optimus humanoid robots to the presentation, which walked among people, mixed drinks, danced go-go – and even talked to other guests. However, it is not known whether they did it autonomously or remotely controlled by a person, notes TechCrunch.
