The Department of State Security purchased 4 million premium Land Cruiser SUVs
On September 16, the Department of State Security of Ukraine concluded an agreement for the purchase of four specialized vehicles based on the Toyota Land Cruiser for UAH 3.93 million each. The only participant in the open bidding is “ViDi Avtostrada” LLC to deliver the goods.

The cost of the contract was UAH 15.73 million. By December 25, four black 2024 SUVs with a 3.3 liter diesel engine should be delivered.
“Land cruisers” must have steering wheel and seat heating, sound-absorbing front door glass, interior ionization, windshield heating and other options for the comfort of the driver and passengers.
Additional equipment for cars includes metal protection of the engine, a protective grill in the radiator, winter tires, tinting of windows (except for the windshield) and a road kit of the motorist. Specialized equipment – LED headlights in the radiator grille and under the rear window, signal beacons, as well as a powerful loudspeaker with remote light control.
According to the publication, UAH 3.93 million for a Toyota Land Cruiser is a record price for any passenger car purchased in the Prozorro system this year. Previously, the record also belonged to the State Security Department, which in August ordered three luxurious Lexus SUVs for UAH 3.27 million from ViDi Elite LLC.
“ViDi Avtostrada” LLC is part of the “ViDi Group” group of companies of Oleh and Vitaly Dzhurynskyi. During this year, contracts for UAH 211.70 million were signed with the company.
