The Ministry of Defense will soon introduce new summonses with a QR code, they are already being tested by the mass media

The Ministry of Defense wants to introduce a new format of subpoenas, which will now contain a QR code: they will be introduced in the near future and the functionality is already being tested.

This was reported by Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, in a comment for DOU.

The QR code placed on each summons will allow you to instantly check the validity of the document through the “Rezerv+” application. A scanner will appear in the app that you can use to scan this code to get information including:

  • validity of the summons;
  • document date and number;
  • TCC, which issued the summons;
  • the name of the person who signed the document;
  • assignment of the summons (clarification of data, referral to the VLK, combat summons) and other details.

We will remind:

The “Reserve+” application is planned to be turned into an online TCC, as well as to add an online recruiting option for mobilization in “two clicks”.

In the first half of 2024, more fines were levied than in 2023, when 10,337 fines were levied for violating the rules of military accounting.
