The number of active Privat24 clients has grown by 11% since the start of the full-scale war

The number of active users of the mobile application “Privat24” since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation has increased by 1.3 million customers, or by 11% – to 13.1 million. This was reported by the bank’s board member for small and medium-sized businesses, Yevgeny Zaigraev, reports Interfax- Ukraine.

“An important direction now is the support of digitization and cashless. Today we state that there are 1.3 million more active Privat24 clients, namely private individuals, than at the beginning of the war, or 13 million in total,” Zaigraev said.
At the same time, Zaigraev noted that the number of active clients in the Privat24 business system increased by 134,000.
“In total, it’s 462,000,” the banker clarified.
According to the published data of the bank, the number of active clients in the branches for 2022 also increased – by 150 thousand, to 18.3 million.

In total, in 2022, 1 billion person-to-person transfers in the amount of UAH 2 trillion and 28 million international transfers worth $9 billion were made.
Zaigraev also noted that the total volume of transactions amounted to UAH 551 billion, which is 17% more than in 2021.
