Ukrainians vaccinated abroad can generate a COVID certificate in Diya: how to do it



Patients who were vaccinated against the coronavirus abroad and received a corresponding foreign certificate can create a COVID certificate in the “Action” application. This is reported in the Ministry of Health. In order to generate a COVID-certificate in “Diya”, the patient must go to the family doctor with a passport and a vaccination document obtained abroad. After that, the doctor will enter information about the vaccination into the electronic health care system (EHS).
