“Ukrposhta” issues charity stamps with pets
Stamps will be available for purchase in branches from September 26

“Ukrposhta” will issue a new postal issue “Fluffy Battalion”. Its stamps depict pets and the Ukrainian military.
The author of the drawings was the artist Nataliya Kohal, told in “Ukrposhta”.
On stamps and postal blocks, the artist depicted Ukrainian defenders in the hands of tailed assistants – cats and dogs.
“Our defenders are known all over the world as indomitable warriors. And also as those who, even in the most difficult conditions, rescue and protect furry little ones.
All dogs, cats or even deer with storks know whose hands are the warmest for them. In the hands that hold one little foot and the life of the whole world.” – noted in “Ukrposhta”.
The total circulation of stamps will be 600,000 copies.
The postal issue will be available for purchase in branches and philatelic shops from September 26. Instead, stamps can be pre-ordered now on the website “Ukrposhty”.
The institution noted that the funds collected for the sale of the postal issue will be donated to help animal shelters.
