What threatens the Ukrainians who ignored the summons to clarify the data – lawyers

Martial law continues in Ukraine, so conscripts continue to be served with summonses of various kinds. If you ignored the summons issued for the purpose of clarifying military registration data, you will be obliged to pay a fine. This is reminded in the Free legal aid. “As of February 2023, it amounts to UAH 3,400-5,100 (from 200 to 300 of the tax-free minimum income of citizens),” the lawyers emphasize. They are the ones who consider cases of administrative offenses and have the right to impose fines. “The head of the TCC must issue a resolution on the imposition of a fine. A copy of it is handed over within three days with a receipt or sent to the person to whom it was imposed,” Free Legal Aid reports. They add that the decision can be appealed. There are 10 days for this from the moment of its issuance. The fine can be paid within 15 days from the delivery of a copy of the resolution. If it is appealed, then there is still the same amount of time from the day of the notification about leaving the complaint without satisfaction. “If the fine is not paid on time,” say the lawyers, “the decision on the fine will be handed over to the state enforcement service. The amount will then double, and enforcement costs must also be taken into account.” They add that the payment receipt or a copy of it must be brought to the TCC to the official who issued the decision on the fine. This is done within three working days from the end of the period provided for payment of the fine. Its payment does not relieve the obligation to appear before the TCC. We remind you that if you are not subject to mobilization, then you must come to the TCC recruitment office and present the relevant documents.
