Ukrainians can now apply for marriage on the Diya portal. In “Action” you can choose the place, time, format and hall where you plan to hold the ceremony. The DRACS will then send an email with a response and details of the ceremony. “Furthermore, you just need to remember to show up at the DRATSS on the day of your wedding.
