Who fell under sanctions

Among the other defendants, scientists who worked on the development of weapons for the aggressor country, as well as general directors of Russian defense enterprises, were subject to personal sanctions.

Sanctions now extend to the structures of MTS and RZD, as well as a number of Belarusian companies, in particular, the Minsk Automobile Plant, the Minsk Mechanical Plant named after Vavilov and the Vitebsk Radio Parts Plant “Monolit”.

The topic of sanctions became the main topic in Zelensky’s evening video address – he noted that sanctions were imposed “against legal entities and individuals – most of them are Russian, working on terror.”

“Not all of them operate on the territory of the terrorist state, some — in other countries. But all will receive global pressure. Step by step, we collect complete data about everyone who works for aggression directly or indirectly. Every such person will be blocked, and our Ukrainian sanctions are either already synchronized or will be synchronized with the sanctions of the free world,” Zelensky emphasized.
