Russian singer Zemfira released her first song after being recognized as a “foreign agent” by the country’s authorities. The composition called “Rodyna” (stylized as “PODNHA”) appeared on her YouTube channel.
The song opens with a disclaimer about the status of an “innoagent”, voiced by Renata Litvynova. Throughout the composition, the line “We will teach you that a bitch loves a family” is repeated.
In early February, the Ministry of Justice of Russia included Zemfira in the list of “foreign agents”. The singer has repeatedly, including from the stage, spoken out in support of Ukraine and condemned the Russian invasion of this country.
