$3 million of assets kept in the bank of the president of Moscow FC “CSKA” were transferred to ARMA

The court imposed an arrest and handed over to ARMA management about $3 million of an enterprise belonging to a subject-sanctioned citizen of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Voevodin. The funds were kept in a Ukrainian bank controlled by the president of the Moscow football club “CSKA” Yevgeny Ginner. This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.

“During the pre-trial investigation, the Bureau also verifies information on the legality of receiving and using financial preferences in the amount of over UAH 1.6 billion by a banking institution whose beneficial owner was a citizen of the Russian Federation,” the message says.
It was established that after receiving refinancing, the bank carried out multimillion-dollar financial operations with enterprises affiliated with Russian businessmen.
Some of the “infused” institutions received after the start of the active phase of hostilities. In particular, the amount received is more than 50% of the bank’s assets and is more than 5.5 times the size of the authorized capital.
The DBR also reminded that in Ukraine Giner, Voevodyn and Alexander Babakov are non-public co-owners of a company that owns several regional energy companies, hotels, shopping centers, agrarian businesses and a bank.
