In the Kirov region, two teenagers were convicted in the case of arson on the railway
The court in the Kirov region sentenced two teenagers, 16 and 18 years old, to six years and six years and three months in prison, respectively, in the case of setting fire to a relay box on the railway. They were found guilty under the article about sabotage committed by an organized group.
According to the investigation, at the beginning of September 2023, two teenagers set fire to the relay cabinet, which is responsible for controlling trains and traffic lights, on the Kirov-Kirov-Kotlassky railway line. They allegedly received instructions on how to do it via messenger. They were paid 10,000 rubles for arson. Investigators claim that the number from which the teenagers were contacted was connected to the network through Ukrainian servers.
