Exchange rates on March 30: the cash hryvnia weakened

On Thursday, March 30, the cash hryvnia weakened against the dollar and the euro after several days of rapid strengthening.
This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.
At 12:30, the dollar exchange rate on the “black market” was UAH 37.70 – 37.89, the exchange rate spread increased, so it became cheaper to sell the dollar. On Tuesday, March 28, the rate fluctuated between UAH 37.52 – 37.80.
As for the “black” rate of the hryvnia to the euro, at the same time the rate was UAH 40.71 – 40.87, and a day earlier the rate fluctuated at the level of UAH 40.58 – 40.83.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – UAH 37.5 – UAH 38.1 (rate on March 29 – UAH 37.7 – UAH 38.25);
- Euro – 40.4 – 41.05 UAH (rate on March 29 – 40.4 – 41.15 UAH).
In terms of banks, the cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 37.25 – UAH 37.75;
- Savings Bank – UAH 37.55 – UAH 38.55;
- Ukreximbank – UAH 37.6 – 38.2;
- Raiffeisen – 37.5 – 38.3 UAH.
As for non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 37.45 per dollar, in Oschada – UAH 37.12, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 37.44.
