The NBU suspended the licenses of two financial companies

The National Bank has temporarily suspended licenses for the provision of financial services to two financial companies — FC Akcent Finance LLC and FC Jober LLC. This was reported by the press service of the regulator.

It is noted that “Accent Finance” practically does not communicate with the NBU and does not provide information according to the regulator’s requirements, and the financial company “Jober” did not submit a report to the National Bank for the fourth quarter of 2022.
The NBU emphasized that financial companies must eliminate the violations that caused the suspension of licenses by May 9, 2023.
The relevant decisions were adopted by the Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on April 24. The decisions come into force on April 25.
