Ukrpochta received a new payment license from the NBU

By April 30, non-banking companies that provide financial payment services had to send documents to the NBU for the registration or re-registration of licenses for the transfer of funds into national currency without opening accounts. On the evening of April 28, the NBU issued 10 companies with the appropriate license to provide financial payment services.

Who received licenses
LLC “European Payment System” and LLC “Kreditor XXI” LLC were the first to receive these licenses, and on April 27-28, LLC “FC MBK”, LLC “Diamond Pay”, LLC “FC “Edynoe Prostovo” LLC, LLC “Finansovaya kompaniya” received these licenses. Finexpress”, LLC “NovaPay”, JSC “Ukrposhta”, LLC “Capital Business Group”, LLC “FC Payment Center”.
The companies mainly applied for one type of service — money transfer without opening accounts.

Since the second half of November 2022, the National Bank has received 128 packages of documents (60 non-bank institutions applied, 49 of them – several times).
Of these, 10 companies received a new license, the financial company “Hunter” was refused, 31 packages of documents are still under consideration by the NBU, and 86 packages of documents were left without consideration.
