The Cabinet of Ministers appointed a new composition of independent members of the supervisory board of the state-owned Ukreximbank. The corresponding order No. 474 dated May 30 was published on the official government portal, reports Business Censor.

Independent members of the supervisory board
According to the document, independent members of the supervisory board of Ukreximbank are appointed:
- Sylvia Yuma Hanser-Potts;
- Razvana Munteanu;
- Robert S. Kossmann;
- Engina Akcakochu;
- Rostislav Bogdanovych’s futal.
At the same time, the powers of Dymitra Chychlo, Laszlo Urbana, Olyana Gordiyenko, Sergey Konovts, and Vladyslav Vinyarskyi were terminated.
Among the independent members, Dominique Menu retained his place in the supervisory board of “Ukreximbank”, as representatives of the state it also includes Viktoria Strakhova, Yury Butsa and Yury Terentyev.
Term of office
The term of office of the new members of the supervisory board will be three years from the date of taking office, the head of Ukreximbank, Sergey Ermakov, is authorized to sign the relevant contracts.
Let’s remind
“The Ministry of Finance” wrote that in 2022, according to the results of the work, Sens Bank (Alfa-Bank) received the largest losses — UAH 6.97 billion, as well as the state-owned Ukreximbank (UAH 6.89 billion) and Ukrgasbank (UAH 2.76 billion).
