On June 21, the Altai Regional Court received another case under the same article against a certain Ivan Dmitriev. The case file does not specify what he was doing and what country he went to.
- Article 283.2 of the Criminal Code appeared in July 2022, five months after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. The article prohibits citizens who have or once had access to a guest house from leaving Russia. The punishment varies from a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles and up to three years of imprisonment.
