A Ukrainian refugee was arrested in Voronezh for tearing off patches with the letter Z

In Voronezh, a 38-year-old citizen of Ukraine, Vladimir Zaklyazminsky, was arrested for 12 days. The court found him guilty of petty hooliganism and “discrediting” the Russian army, and in addition to the arrest, imposed a fine of 35,000 rubles, “MVD Media” reports.

The arrest of Zaklyazminsky became known in August – after the publication of a video by Dmitry Zimenkin, an employee of the “REN TV” channel, on social networks. A woman’s voice behind the screen asks the interlocutor named Vova why he took off the patch from her child. In response, the words that he wears are “sunk”. It follows from the conversation that we are talking about patches with the Z-symbol and the “Wagner PMC” emblem.

Zimenkin clarified that the person who tore off the patches was a Ukrainian refugee, and the conversation took place at a point of temporary accommodation in the Voronezh region. The journalist also attached photos of three reported to the police, which other refugees wrote on Zaklyazminsky.

Earlier, Zaklyazminsky was already fined 30,000. rubles for the article about the “discrediting” of the army, writes “Mediazona” with reference to the file of the court. According to the indictment, while in the Oblomov detention center, he said that he was against the war and called “SVO” a crime.
