The head of the All-Ukrainian Energy Assembly expressed his thoughts on the introduction of a liberalized model of the energy market in Ukraine. He is sure that the territory of the Ukrainian state is currently the most modern energy market. Nevertheless, he emphasizes that the restrictions in it do not allow the market to work in full.
“Market prices must be fair for the buyer. They should not be artificial. The introduction of a liberalized market model in Ukraine will allow us to work normally and eliminate increasingly large debts that have accumulated for a long time and are still continuing,” Ivan Plachkov said.
