Dmytro Bykov received a report on “undesirable organization”

The protocol on participation in the activities of the so-called undesirable organization was drawn up in relation to the writer Dmitry Bykov. This is reported by “Mediazona” with a link to the website of the Moscow City Court. It is not specified exactly what “undesirable organization” we are talking about.

According to the article on participation in the activities of an organization recognized as undesirable on the territory of Russia, the first violation is punishable by a fine of five to 15 thousand rubles. A repeated violation already falls under the criminal article and implies a punishment of up to four years of imprisonment.
