The Apple Podcasts service sent a letter to the creators of the podcast “Hello, you are a foreign agent” with a request to remove it at the request of Roskomnadzor. This is reported in the telegram channel of the podcast.
The service’s letter quotes the opinion of Roskomnadzor that the podcast contains “information materials aimed at destabilizing the public and political situation in Russia.”

Churakova and Groysman believe that the main reason for Roskomnadzor’s attack on the podcast is its last season “Sisters”, which tells how Russian soldiers return from the war in Ukraine and what awaits their families.
In August 2023, “Meduza” and “Kholod” received similar letters from Apple Podcasts. Publications did not begin to delete their podcasts, after which the corporation removed them from access itself. Two days later, the podcasts of both mass media were returned.
Earlier this week, Apple paid an antimonopoly fine to the Russian budget – more than one billion rubles.
