Magadan convict fined for dreaming about “Glory in Ukraine”

Magadan convict Anatoly Gushchyn was found guilty of “publicly displaying Nazi symbols in verbal form.” According to the prosecution, when he was taken out of the cell-type premises, he said “Glory to Ukraine”.
Gushchin, on the other hand, completely denies guilt. According to him, he had a dream about a certain Glory and he was trying to find out where he was. The prisoner assures that when asked where Slava is, they told him that Slava is in Ukraine. The court imposed a fine of one thousand rubles on Gushchyna.
In Russia, it is not the first time that dreams and their retelling have been judged. In December 2022, 26-year-old reader Ivan Losev was fined 30,000 rubles for his stories about the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Losev said that he dreamed of mobilization, but the President of Ukraine allegedly rushed to the assembly point together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and released him. And then Losev took a selfie with Zelensky in his sleep.
Two months later, Losev was fined once again, now for the fact that he gave an interview to Dozhdyu and BBS, where he told them the essence of the first fine.
