Denys Slyusarev, a 42-year-old mobilized father of three children from Mynusinsk, died during the war in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the mobilization in the fall of 2022, his wife has been trying to get her husband to return home, and the governor of the Krasnoyarsk region, Mikhail Kotyukov, has promised to do so. This is reported by the publication “Vlyad.Info”.
Slyusarev was mobilized on September 26, 2022. Then he had two children and a wife pregnant with a third child. The wife of the conscript, Viktoria Slyusareva, applied to the Ministry of Defense, to the reception room of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, to the previous governor of the region, Alexander Uss, and then to the new governor, Mikhail Kotyukov.
The latter met with Slyusareva personally twice and promised to return her husband home. This promise was made during Kotyukov’s pre-election tour – Slyusareva came to him with a poster “Family of SVO” and asked to return her husband.
Denys Slyusarev died on September 14 as a result of a shell explosion, presumably in the Zaporozhye region. He was given an official reprieve on March 31, but due to bureaucratic delays, he was not returned from the war zone for six months.
In July, the wife of the mobilized man again came to a public meeting with Kotyukov and pointed out that her husband still had not returned. To the wife’s indignation that his transcripts turned out to be insufficient, the governor promised to “complete” the necessary documents.
