A new financial pyramid was exposed in Ukraine

The National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market (NCSFM) during the monitoring of the activity of financial pyramids discovered the illegal distribution of advertising of the Pelliron project, which positions itself as a well-known international broker. This was reported by the press service of the NCCBFR.

According to the commission, the Pelliron project did not receive any permits or licenses from the regulator to provide relevant investment services on the territory of Ukraine, but it was actively advertised on radio stations, in particular, on Hit FM.
The NKTSBFR established the customer for the placement of this advertisement, which turned out to be Double Case LLC. Under the guise of an academy for trading in financial markets, this project actively attracts new clients and popularizes the Pelliron project directly on its website.
According to the results of the investigation, Double Case LLC was fined UAH 85,000.
The Pelliron project was also included in the list of questionable investment projects. The full list of projects is available on the Commission’s official website in the “Protection of Investors’ Rights” section.
