A new supervisory board was appointed at Ukrposhta: Bernatska and Prasolova “disappeared”.

The government published an order approving the winners of the selection for the positions of members of the supervisory board of “Ukrposhta” – Nataliya Bernatska and Kristina Prasolova disappeared among the appointed persons.

Thus, the following persons were approved as members of the supervisory board of “Ukrposhta”:
- Rinat Abdrasilov: ex-director of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, Senior Partner of Cambridge Management Consulting in Strategy and Digital Transformation for Banking and Fintech;
- Karnovsky Jakub: the director of the investment fund Luma Investment, before his reassignment he was already a member of the supervisory board of “Ukrposhta”, now he is a member of the People’s Republic of Ukraine “Ukrzaliznytsia“. In the role of an expert from the World Bank, he participated in the reform of railways in Thailand, Saudi Arabia and others;
- Carroll Gary John: Britain, postal business;
- Olena Malinska: ex-chairman of the board of Bank Kredit Dnipro during the ownership of the bank by Viktor Pinchuk;
- Ihor Mityukov: was the former chairman of the supervisory board of the National Depository, in 2019 the government appointed him an independent member of the National Savings Bank, but was not agreedNBU and eventually dismissed.
As for the representatives of the state in the supervisory board, they became:
- Hura Konstantin: the head of the State Energy Efficiency Agency, until the appointment – the first deputy head of the department;
- Serhii Derkach: Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, until his appointment in 2023 – Deputy Chief of Staff and Head of the Department of Prevention and Detection of Corruption at NAKC.
In March, the Ministry of Economy reported on the appointment of the first ex-deputy minister of justice and the person involved in the “Golden Tangerine Oil” case to the positions of state representatives in the People’s Republic of Ukrposhta Natalia Bernatskaya, and Kristina Prasolova – former First Deputy Head of the National Depository and former Deputy Minister of Economy. The latter is also the daughter of Igor Prasolov, the former minister of economic development and trade during Yanukovych’s time, who at the beginning of the zero years was the head of the SCM Rinat Akhmetov.
However, Bernatskaya and Prasolova are not included in the order dated April 25.
