A court in Nevelsk, Sakhalin region fined a local woman 30,000 rubles for distributing handwritten anti-war leaflets.
According to the investigation, since December 2022, the accused has been distributing leaflets made by her to the mailboxes of city houses. During this time, she managed to distribute 64 leaflets about the war in Ukraine.
The court considered it a discredit to the Russian army. Russian courts consider any anti-war speeches or reports about the participation of Russian troops in war crimes to be discreditable.
