Aishat, the 24-year-old daughter of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, will become the vice-premier of the Chechen Republic for social issues. Aishat Kadyrova was the deputy minister of culture of Chechnya from the age of 21, and an hour later she took the post of minister herself. “Undoubtedly, Aishat Kadyrova made a big contribution to improving the activities of the regional Ministry of Culture, accumulated significant work experience,” wrote Ramzan Kadyrov in his Telegram channel.
