The plan for the next 12 months is to implement another 100,000 square meters, CEO of “Hephaestus” Vasylis Bumburas said.
Construction company “Hephaestus” starts issuing keys to residents of another residential complex in Odesa – “Hellada 1”. During the 20 months of the war, “Hephaestus” realized 6 complexes, which is about 155,000 m² – 2304 apartments and 100 offices.
Among them are “Rhodes” residential complex, “Acropolis 2” residential complex, “Apollon na Karantinnaya” club house, “Calypso” apartment complex, “Poseidon 1” residential complex, “Hellada 1” residential complex.
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the construction company has not stopped building its facilities. As noted in “Hephaestus”, new challenges became the reason to improve and develop new methods and approaches in work.
“At the same time, we are actively building all our facilities. The plan for the next 12 months is to implement another 100,000 m².
I’ll be honest: it wasn’t easy. A lot of problems and organizational issues that had to be solved during this difficult period. A staff shortage began due to mass layoffs, the supply of prepaid materials stopped, and as a result, we had to buy them twice.
There were signs and blackouts. This is not an exhaustive list of issues that we have resolved in the process for a positive outcome for our investors. Special thanks to them for their trust,” said Vasilis Bumburas, CEO of Hephaestus.
