What is known
According to Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, the restrictions will affect a small number of users.
“Bank transfers in US dollars are used monthly by only 0.01% of our active users,” he wrote.
It is worth noting that USD bank transfers are leveraged by only 0.01% of our monthly active users. However, we appreciate that this is still a bad user experience and the team is working on quickly resolving this issue.

Zhao added that the stock exchange will work as quickly as possible to eliminate the problem, but did not disclose its cause.
Restrictions will not apply to Binance US.
