Collaborator Salda’s assets were transferred to the State Property Fund

After the nationalization of the assets of ex-Deputy of People’s Deputy and former mayor of Kherson Volodymyr Salda, they were transferred to the management of the State Property Fund.

In May, the appeals chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the Ministry of Justice’s complaint regarding the confiscation of Salda’s assets. According to the court’s decision, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to transfer his and his family’s property to the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

“Now the State Property Fund must ensure the state registration of the ownership of these assets, and later the privatization or lease of this property. The proceeds from the sale or lease must replenish the state budget of Ukraine,” said First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyridenko.

These are the following assets:

• 55.56% and 40% of the authorized capital of two private enterprises registered to the collaborator’s daughter: “Bebko-Avto” LLC (service station network) and “Konko” LLC (recreation organization company);
• Three plots of land in Kherson, a house of 226 sq.m. in Kherson, apartments and two parking spaces in Yalta, 3 apartments in Oreanda, Odesa and Kherson, a 2020 Volvo XC90 car;
• A hotel in Kherson and a three-story building in Kherson;
• Shares in two companies registered to his ex-wife: 99.86% of PJSC “Kashtan” and 30% of PJSC “Delta Service”.

On Wednesday, May 17, the Appeals Chamber of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the complaint of the Ministry of Justice regarding confiscation assets of former People’s Deputy and former mayor of Kherson Volodymyr Salda.
