The lawyers of the Moscow municipal deputy Alexei Horynov, who was convicted in the article about “fakes” about the Russian army, reported that they have not known his whereabouts for a week. Information about this appeared in Horynov’s support group.
It is reported that the municipal deputy is not in IK-2 Pokrov, where he is serving his sentence. The lawyer last saw him there on December 8. Horynov’s associates assume that the deputy could have been transferred to the hospital.
Earlier it was reported about a sharp deterioration in the ego’s health. The lawyers reported that Horynov’s skin is blue, he has no strength to sit on a chair and speak. They cited the words of the deputy himself that he has a fever, constant chills, it is difficult for him to breathe and it is very cold in the premises of the colony.
- Alexey Horinov is the first person convicted of the article about “fakes” about the Russian army, which appeared in the country’s Criminal Code shortly after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. He received seven years in prison for the fact that, during a meeting of the council of municipal deputies, he proposed to announce a minute of silence in memory of the victims of military aggression in Ukraine.
- In October, it became known that another criminal case was initiated against Horynov – on the article about the justification of terrorism. The case files indicate that in the colony, during conversations with other prisoners, Horinov tried to form in the convicts “an opinion about the permissibility of the activities of an organization recognized by the legislation of the Russian Federation as terrorist, as well as the commission of acts of sabotage and terrorism at the objects of the transport infrastructure.” Presumably, it was about the Ukrainian unit “Azov” and about the explosions on the Crimean bridge.
