As noted in the Ministry of Statistics, for the first hour in “Diya.City”:
- 430+ residents joined;
- over UAH 4 billion of paid taxes in 2022;
- more than 35 thousand specialists work in resident companies.

From February 8, 2022, a special legal regime “Diya.City”, which was developed for the development of the IT industry, came into effect in Ukraine.
Participation in Action City allows companies to pay a 5% tax on personal income, a minimum ESR (currently UAH 1,320 per month), a military tax of 1.5%, and a choice of 18% tax on profits or tax on withdrawn capital. %.
The average monthly salary of an employee of “Diya. City” should be €1,200 in hryvnia equivalent. Startups can be paid such salaries not immediately, but an hour later. The company can attract employees to the staff both on a full-time basis and on a contract basis.
