As the director of IT SmartFlex Nikolay Traknov notes, residency in “Diya.City” will provide it with additional opportunities to create innovative products, including those based on artificial intelligence and data analytics, helping to bring the Ukrainian telecom and its clients to the level of world technological giants.
IT SmartFlex was founded in 2019 and now has about 200 employees. She is the developer of all the latest technological solutions for Vodafone Ukraine and its clients.
Its main direction is R&D activity for the telecom sector, because this industry is currently one of the most high-tech, covering not only mobile communication services, but also other areas.
The IT SmartFlex portfolio includes dozens of projects in different directions — Big Data, IoT, fintech, a communications platform, a digital sales system, CRM, digital assistance, a charity platform, HR solutions, and other digital products.
In this subsidiary, Vodafone is creating its own expert center for the development of new products and services. As the mobile operator notes, the presence of his own separate IT company ensures him not only the quality, but also the speed of introduction of these products.
