The Ukrainian School of Political Studies (USHPS) is one of the most successful educational and networking projects in Ukraine, which focuses on civic and political education.

The project was founded in 2005 as a democratic achievement of the Orange Revolution and on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Ukraine’s accession to the Council of Europe.

For 18 years, USPS has united more than 500 successful leaders from various fields – civil servants, lawyers, military, entrepreneurs, scientists, politicians, journalists, representatives of creative professions and public figures.

The Ukrainian School of Political Studies offers not only education, USPSS creates a Community of like-minded people capable of changing and developing democratic Ukraine.

You can fill out an application for participation in the UShPS-2024 program here: https://form.usps.org.ua/.

  2. The USPS at its own discretion sets a registration fee for participation in the Annual Program for selected participants, which from 2023 is directed to the Come Back Alive fund and the support of the Ukrainian army.

However, if the participant does not have the financial ability to pay the registration fee, the School resolves these issues individually.

One of the innovative principles of the School’s activity is the provision of equal participation opportunities for people from different backgrounds and with different abilities.

The main criterion for selection to the School’s program has always been and remains – value.

Additional information about the program:

  • From the beginning of their studies, program participants have the opportunity to attend other School events (in particular, within the USPS Club).
  • The costs of participation (accommodation, food, training, distribution materials, etc.; except for travel within the territory of Ukraine) are covered by the School and its partners.
  • The Selection Committee carefully studies the profile of all applicants. When forming the group, the Selection Commission of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences is guided by the need to clearly observe the professional, gender and regional balance. Each year, the group can have no more than 50% of participants from Kyiv or the Kyiv region.
